Tour Itinerary: 

Day 1: Amman Airport – Amman Hotel

With a signage our representative meets you at Amman Airport. Transfer to Amman hotel, check in and overnight.

Day 2: Amman Hotel – Madaba – Mt Nebo King’s Way – Kerak Castle Petra Hotel (B)

Breakfast inside hotel. Morning pick up at hotel lobby. Visit the City of Mosaics the town of Madaba. The main attraction is the Greek Orthodox Church of St George, here you see the famous 6th century Byzantine Mosaic map of the Holy sites in the biblical world. Continue to Mount Nebo, known as Prophet Moses burial site it offers a spectacular view of the Holy Land (if the weather is clear). Continue driving via the famous Kings Highway, the ancient route mentioned in the Bible, short stop in Wadi Al Mujib to have a view of the great wide valley with magnificent geological formation. In Kerak, visit the popular Crusader Castle built by King Baldwin 1 of Jerusalem. Transfer to Petra, check in at overnight.

Day 3: Petra Tour Petra Hotel (B)

After breakfast proceed to Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundation of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. Start your visit by a walk or a short horse ride (included in the ticket, horse handler expects a tip) from main entrance up to the Siq, a  350 meters confined canyon. As you reach the end of Siq you will see the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. The guide will be with you up to the restaurant area, you can explore Petra in your own, then walk the same route back to the entrance. Overnight in Petra.

Day 4: Petra Hotel – Little Petra – Wadi Rum Jeep Ride Amman Hotel (B)

After breakfast, check out. 15 minutes drive to Little Petra a small community where you find Al Beidha better known as Little Petra. You enter the site through a small gorge called Siq al-Barid. The Siq is 350 meters long with three wider areas inside. It is believed Little Petra was an important suburb of Petra, the entry and exit point for the trade routes to the north and north-west. Continue driving to Wadi Rum, one of the most dramatic and impressive desert landscape in the world. Marvelous in its natural beauty, with its moonscape of ancient valley and sandstone mountains. Here still Bedouin tribes lives in camps throughout the area. Discover the area by 4×4 jeep to see canyons, rock inscriptions and sand dunes. Transfer to Amman Hotel for overnight.

Day 5: Amman Hotel – Amman City Tour Dead Sea Beach Amman Hotel (B)

Breakfast inside hotel. Pick up at the lobby of Amman Hotel. Start your day with a glimpse of downtown Amman, visit Citadel, where you see the ruins from Roman through early Islamic. The Citadel was occupied as early as the Neolithic period and during 1800 BC. The name Amman comes from the “Rabbath Ammon” or Great City of the Ammonites who settled in the region sometime after 1200 BC. We continue to Roman Theater, it was built during the reign of Antonius Pius and could seat about 6,000 people, it was divided into 3 horizontal sections. Side entrances existed at ground level, one leading to the orchestra and the other to the stage. Continue to the lowest point on earth, Dead Sea where you have leisure time. Back to Amman Hotel.

Day 6: Amman Hotel – Amman Airport (B)

Breakfast. Free time until transfer to Queen Alia to board your flight.
