Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Amman Airport – Amman Hotel

With a signage our representative meets you after the customs. Transfer to Amman hotel, check in. Overnight in Amman.

Day 2: Amman Hotel – Amman City Tour Amman Hotel (B)

Pick up at Amman Hotel. Starting the day with a glimpse of downtown Amman. Visit Citadel, here you see the ruins from Roman through early Islamic era. The Citadel was occupied as early as the Neolithic period and during 1800 BC. Continue to Roman Theater, built during the reign of Antonius Pius and could seat 6,000 people. The theater was divided into 3 horizontal sections. Side entrances existed at ground level, one leading to the orchestra and the other to the stage. Next is to the Royal Automobile museum, it houses the large and unique car collection of late King Bin Talal, the 5210m museum has an entrance hall for the reception and orientation, library, auditorium with four exhibition halls. Transfer back to Amman Hotel.

Day 3: Amman Hotel – 3 Desert Castles Amman Hotel (B)

After breakfast start your tour to the Desert Castles in east of Jordan. Visit Amra Castle a UNESCO World Heritage Site, adorns with its zodiac dome and the early examples of Omayyad fresco paintings. Next is the best known castle and one of earliest example of Islamic architecture the Qasr Kharanah. Based on its graffito in one of its room, it was believed to have been built before the 8th century AD. The last castle to visit is the black basalt Roman/Medieval Islamic fort at Azraq. Transfer to Amman for overnight.

Day 4: Amman Hotel – Umm Qais – Jerash Amman Hotel (B)

After breakfast drive to Umm Qais, perched on a splendid hilltop and overlooking the Sea of Galilee and Jordan Valley. Umm Qais is a dazzling Greco-Roman city of Decapolis, you will see noble ancient remains such as basalt theatre, colonnaded main street, basilica and more remnants from the past. Proceed to Jerash, the best example of a well preserved Roman City in the Middle East. You will visit the Temple of Artemis, Roman colonnaded street, and Nymphaeum. Transfer back to Amman Hotel.

Day 5: Amman Hotel – Madaba – Mt Nebo – Baptism Site – Dead Sea Hotel (B)

Morning pick up at your hotel. Drive 30 kms to Madaba the town is well known for its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, today visit the popular 6th century mosaic map of Palestine in the St George’s Church, next it to the Archaeological Park to see other magnificent mosaic. Continue to Mt Nebo, 800 meters above sea level, the place from where Prophet Moses overlooked the promised land before he died. From here you have a panorama of the Holy Land. Afterwards we drive to the Baptism site, the place where Jesus was Baptist by John. Transfer to the lowest point on earth, check in, overnight at the Dead Sea.

Day 6: Dead Sea Leisure (B)

Dead Sea, the lowest and saltiest point on earth, offering visitors health tourism and relaxation combined with history. Full day is free for your own leisure.

Day 7: Dead Sea Hotel – Petra Visit – Petra Hotel (B)

Pick up at the lobby of Dead Sea Hotel. Drive 3 hrs to Petra, the greatest tourist attraction of Jordan. Petra is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. It was established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundation of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. From visitor centre start of tour with a local, you will enter through the Siq, where you will see rock formations at the end of the Siq is the most beautiful monument: the Treasury (Al Khazneh). With guide continue via the Street of Facades, lined with monument up to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. The guide says farewell at the restaurant area, you can explore Petra on your own or walk the same route to the entrance. Overnight Petra.

Day 8: Petra Hotel – Wadi Rum Jeep Ride – Aqaba Hotel (B)

After breakfast drive 1.5 hrs to Wadi Rum, one of the most dramatic and impressive desert landscape in the world. Marvelous in its natural beauty, with its moonscape of ancient valley and sandstone mountains. Here still Bedouin tribes lives in camps throughout the area. Discover the area by 4×4 jeep to see canyons, rock inscriptions and sand dunes. Transfer to Aqaba, check in & overnight.

Day 9: Aqaba Leisure (B)

The Gulf of Aqaba is a renowned worldwide as a tourist’s paradise overflowing with wildlife and adventure. It hosts about 110 species of soft corals, 120 species of hard corals and over 1000 species of fish. Full day is free for your own leisure.

Day 10: Aqaba Hotel – Amman Airport (B)

Free time until transfer to airport to board your flight.
